Here are the next in a series of pose references I did for the multi-talented Ms =ladydove7, and which she graciously said would be fine to post here. As I mentioned in my journal, she is a wonderful collaborator, full of great and challenging ideas. The garb and some of the poses are a little different because these were done specifically to be used as ref's for a fictional character of hers, one Melakim [link] ; an intriguing fellow, whose favoured weapons appear to be shadow and steel. [For another beautiful take on this character you may like to see *Zephyri's interpretation here [link] - one of the most lovely illustrations I've seen in a long time. [if only I had that hair. And a really big fan.]
