Too (BLANK) Tuesday Summary
I am kicking off what I hope will be a weekly feature titled: Too (BLANK) Tuesday, in which I will post an image each Tuesday that I would otherwise NEVER post. The (BLANK) of course can stand for "goofy" or "weird" or "strange" or "conceptual" or "under exposed" or anything else that normally renders a stock image un-postable. T(B)T images may not be that useful, but perhaps they will be interesting or funny. Or both.

For example, "Hey, it's 'Too (BLANK) Tuesday' so I guess I should post that image of me wearing the Winnie The Pooh pajamas with the little footies sewn into them..."

Also, I challenge all of my stock-producing comrades to join me in this exciting (and ridiculous) new trend. You know you have 6 metric tons of really horrible images hidden away, so here's your chance to do something with them. The goofier the better!

One of my favorite stock-use images of all time, made by one of the most clever and technically competent compositors out there; Dragon-Kiss. I love it because it was made using a T(B)T image that I posted (didn't think it would be used for anything) and also because I get to drive off a cliff with dear friend AdorkaStock (aka Sakky Attacky). His work is always very fun and very well made.

Jade's Stock Usage Boilerplate

The rule of thumb with my stock is: (Almost) No Rules. Do whatever non-commercial thing you want with them. Use them for pose references. Create astounding composite images. Tweak the saturation by 1% and call it art (perhaps it is). Print them out and use them for target practice or make origami stoats. If you are inspired to DO something, then I am happy. You do not have to credit me or show me what you do with them, but (as any sane person would) I would love to see what you create.
